Scaling With Social

Client-authorized video publishing

Scaling With Social Publishing

Scaling With Social Publishing is our client-authorized tool for connecting a client's own YouTube channel and uploading approved long-form videos for that client.

What the app does

Scaling With Social Publishing is operated by Scaling With Social for clients who hire us to produce and publish their original video content. Its purpose is to let a client securely authorize their YouTube channel, let our team confirm the client-selected channel, and upload the client's approved video, title, description, thumbnail, audience setting, and publication time. Automatic public scheduling remains disabled until the separate YouTube API compliance review is complete.

Secure connection

A client signs in directly with Google and chooses whether to authorize access. Scaling With Social never receives the client's Google password.

Correct channel

The app reads the channel names and identifiers available to the connected account so the client and our team can select the intended channel.

Approved publishing

The app uploads client-provided videos, metadata, and thumbnails and can schedule those videos at the date and time approved for the client.

Why Google access is requested

  • View the connected YouTube account: used only to list channel names and identifiers, confirm ongoing access, and ensure content goes to the client-selected channel.
  • Manage uploaded YouTube videos: used to upload original client content, apply its title, description, category, audience setting, thumbnail, and scheduled publication time.

The app does not request access to Gmail, contacts, Google Drive, viewing history, comments, messages, or advertising data. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Your control

Authorization can be removed at any time through Scaling With Social or through the Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting removes the stored authorization credential and channel connection data from our active systems.
